A closed cooling tower is a device that utilizes the evaporation of spray water outside the coil to absorb the heat of high-temperature cooling water inside the coil, gradually cooling the cooling water inside the tube. The main principle is to spray water on the outer wall of the coil to evaporate and cool the cooling water flowing through the pipe, while using a fan to timely remove the generated water vapor. A small portion of the spray water evaporates, while the rest is collected by the bottom collection tray and recycled. The cooling water with higher temperature coming out of the cooling system is pressurized by the circulating water pump and transported to the cooling coils of the closed cooling tower. On the other hand, the water in the cooling tower chassis is pumped into the spray pipe using a spray pump, and then sprayed onto the outer surface of the cooling coil to vaporize and absorb the heat of the cooling water inside the coil, thereby reducing the temperature of the cooling water. The super strong wind force of the supporting equipment induced draft fan completely covers the surface of the coil, while creating negative pressure inside the box, reducing the evaporation temperature of the water, promoting water film evaporation, and greatly improving the heat transfer effect. Part of the sprayed water with rising temperature becomes gaseous, and a large amount of heat is carried away by the wind using the latent heat of vaporization of water. The water droplets in the hot air are intercepted by the high-efficiency water remover, and the water that absorbs heat eventually scatters into the lower packing, cooled by the flowing air. Then, the temperature decreases and flows into the collection tray, and continues to circulate through the spray water pump.
At the same time, a float valve is installed inside the water tray, which can replenish the water evaporated into the air in a timely manner.
