(4) When the circulating pump of the closed-circuit cooling tower is operating, the anti-freezing electric water heater heats the water, preventing it from freezing. If there are places where the circulating pump stops, an auxiliary circulating pump is needed; a complete anti-freezing device is recommended.
(5) The closed-circuit cooling tower's water circulation system is designed with a three-way valve. Where the cooling circulating water controls the volume through a bypass valve, increasing the flow rate of the bypass valve will reduce the flow rate in the air conditioning copper pipes, potentially causing freezing even under load. Please adjust the fiberglass cooling tower to a smaller circulating water flow rate.
(6) To prevent the freezing of the sprinkler centrifugal pump and sprinkler pipelines in the closed-circuit cooling tower, please use an anti-freezing electric water heater to maintain the temperature of the stainless steel water tank below.
